 Reports have it that the film will have a limited theatrical release in the US and will be mostly released on the DVD format.
Despite the film's star value (Colin Firth, Ben Kingsley and Aishwarya Rai), The Last Legion is not really a huge production by Hollywood standards.
In the opinion of trade analysts, for many movies it is more financially viable to release them on DVDs than on theatres where huge amounts are spent in the film's publicity.
So except in the USA - where the movie should be released on August 24 - The Last Legion should be available only on DVD…
