Has Blu-ray won the HD war ?Is the HD (High-definition) War over? According to Panasonic “yes” and the winner would be Blu-ray !

This is based on two key points. One the number of Blu-ray related product sold compared to HD-DVD, citing a 2-1 ratio. Two, the number of content providers on the Blu-ray front (without Universal) is higher than on the HD-DVD.
Only the end of the year may determine wetter it’s the HD-DVD (30GB – approx. 3 DVD) or the Blu-ray (50GB – approx. 5 DVD) that will be the actual successor to the famous DVD.
